Anyways, here's some pictures I took with my phone...came out kinda blurry, but better than nothing! We ordered the Korean Seafood Pancake, Kalbi, Bul-go-gi, and dumpling+rice cake in beef broth soup. The side dishes they gave us were kimchi (of course), bean sprouts, watercress, fried tofu pieces, Chinese eggplant, some jelly-like thing, mini-pancakes and my favorite - potatoes!!! When they first came out, the potatoes were still warm. Yumm...
Here is the seafood pancake...very crispy! Wish there were more other kinds of seafood, it was mostly shrimp, scallions, red peppers, and some pieces of squid.
The soup wasn't as white as I expected it to be, but it was still good. The rice cake was nice and soft but still chewy, the small pieces of seaweed added some nice flavor, the dumplings were just ok.
The Kalbi!!!! Beef short ribs were definitely better than the Bulgogi, hence I didn't take a picture of the Bulgogi. They use the same marinade, but the short ribs meat definitely tasted better..the Bulgogi almost fell through the grill...and they took the short rib bones away without asking us if we wanted them!!! I had to ask the girl where the other girl went with the bones...lol.
After we got the bill, they gave us 3 pieces of orange...but I had to ask fro the Shikhye...Korean rice drink...not sure why they weren't gonna give us any!
Next time we are bringing my dad to Kimchi Hana with us...
