I don't think Yakitori Totto serves the raw chicken anymore because of salmonella outbreaks and whatnot. Get the bonchiri (chicken tails) though, it's awesome. And yes, you can get complimentary quail egg for dipping.
Momofuku Ssam Bar is awesome, but after having sweetbreads at other places, I didn't really like the grilled ones at ssam bar. It's definitely better fried. Definitely get the pork buns though!
