Grilled scallops with Gnocchi - The potato gnocchi were served over roasted sweet potatoes and sauteed spinach with sherry-lobster sauce. Absolutely loved the spinach! The grilled scallops tasted like wood-grilled. Maybe I prefer pan-seared because of the caramelization.
Grilled Salmon - came with pan-roasted green beans, crispy potatoes, lemon caper butter sauce and pesto crumbs. The crispy potatoes were made from red skinned potatoes, it was definitely a new way to have potatoes!
