So I've got my parents addicted to roasted Yukon Gold Pototoes. Pretty easy to make, just peel & chop the potatoes, season it with salt, layer some butter, then bake! Yukon Gold pototoes have a certain sweetness and texture to them that other kinds of potatoes don't have...and plus, they come out golden!

Here's the before picture...

Just finished baking in the oven...I love it when they're slightly crunchy on the outside, and mushy on the inside. Last time we didn't bake it long enough, it was crunchy throughout...aka not cooked enough.

One more picture...without the flash. This looks warmer and more golden.

Also made the chicken & mushrooms in sherry cream sauce...this time my mom helped me make it, but came out slightly too salty. But I like the mushrooms 'coz they're bigger than last time's and fresher! We just picked them up from Restaurant Depot the day before...Shiitake mushrooms FTW!

Here's a random picture of the 35 tubs of cookie dough my coworkers ordered. Thanks to them, my brother gets to go on a field trip for free, PLUS a $25 giftcard for ESPN Zone! It's true, maybe he should get ME something with the $25...hahahaha!
